Log in to http://support-portal.valiantys.com.

Select the appropriate request type.

You can create several types of requests from our support portal (depending on if you are a Valiantys Hosting customer). Each request type has a different creation form, and tickets can be moved from one type to another where necessary.

  • Something is broken (incident): you want to report an undesired behaviour of the solution.
  • You need assistance : you want to modify or improve something and you need help to do it.
  • Please do this for me : You want to modify or improve something and you need US to do it. Requires remote access to your platform. 
  • Ask a question : you need an advice or want to tell us something.

Only for Valiantys Hosting customers:

  • Add-on installation: ask for the installation of an add-on to your hosted environment.
  • Upgrade your instance: ask for an upgrade of your hosted environment.
  • License installation: we can push your new license key to your hosted environment.
  • Backup / restore: ask for a backup before making an important change, or for a restore if you deleted something accidentally.

Fill in the form.

Then hit the Create button.

You receive an email notification containing the request details.

Send an email to support@valiantys.com. A ticket created by email is marked as an Incident.

Call our phone support dedicated line. An operator receives the call and creates the request for you with all necessary information.
